Our Mini Auger is capable of drilling in low ceiling heights
of 5’- 10” for auger borings and 7’- 0”
for split spoon sampling. We have recently equipped this drill
rig with adapter plates to allow us to perform angle holes up
to 45 degrees. This unit uses 3” flight augers or NW size
casing. In the proper soils this unit can drill up to 25 feet.
The Mini Auger is powered by hydraulics from an external
power source, therefore no fumes are present if drilling indoors.
Like all of our smaller rigs advancement in soils are a function
of the types of soils we are drilling through.
The low clearance height allows the mini Auger to be taken
into basements.

of a physical heating plant and service station.
